WIC formula

So, I'm having twins in June. My son was breastfed but I had D-MER so I really don't want to breastfeed again, especially since I'm having twins. I'm currently on WIC with my pregnancy and plan on getting them formula through WIC once they're born. For those of you that got WIC, did they cover enough formula to make it through the month or did you have to purchase some? I'm just trying to plan financially.
