First time mom/ first induction
Hiii! So today I’m getting induced for the first time and I’m so nervous and unsure of what to expect, any moms have any tips or experiences to share? I’d love to hear :)

I was induced at 37 weeks also a first time mom had an amazing experience i heard so many horror stories about it before and was mentally preparing myself for a emergency c section but I went in was monitored and that night had the pessary which started very slight period pain like cramps after about 12 hours then about the 20 hour mark I was getting quite intense contractions so my pessary was taken out and I was 3cm dilated so was taken down to delivery suite by time we got there i was already 5cm and my waters were broken i was fully dilated by 6.30am and started pushing about 7.30 and baby was born at 8.10 so it was actually very positive and very fast after my pessary was out only had gas and air
