Congratulations! However it takes ages!!! 6 weeks is the bare minimum. You'll see more improvement at 12 weeks. Then most improvement at 6 months 😉
Yes same here but also google diastasis recti. Chances are you have some of this. The muscle needs to be helped to be brought back together using a combination of exercises you will find online. Only when your core has been worked together will you start to see a flatter stomach ☺️ I’m the same.
