Only water unless I need her to take some liquid medicine then I’ll give her some watered down juice. At this age, water really is best
100% orange juice
i used to mix a fruit puree pouch with water! x
Why do you want to give juice? We just give milk and water. Once you start giving juice, that’s all they want. I learnt that with my 3 year old 🙉 x
My little boy drinks water throughout the day but in the morning he will have some pure orange juice in the morning. He loves the change and he also loves it when he has the same stuff as us! X
We try to only give water and milk but occasionally he'll get hold of his 3.5 year old brother's bottle and drink very diluted juice mixed in water. I find mango juice has the least sugar so usually just do 1 part juice and maybe 4 or 5 part water so they get a bit of taste if water is too bland and they refuse to drink liquids. Think people shouldn't be so quick to judge. Yes water and milk is best but if they aren't drinking much or constipated, a bit of dilute juice in water is ok occasionally. Sometimes we use apple juice or orange juice
Mine is ill so he is getting some cooled lemon and ginger tea (cut up some lemon slices and ginger root and stew in hot water then strain and cool before serving. I'm giving it in an open cup because don't like the idea of bits getting stuck in the sippy cup sucker bit. Without honey its definitely healthy and while he has this horrendous cold and cough I think he deserves tiny bit of honey Otherwise just water and milk occasionally echinacea tea when ill Definitely agree with kara that diluted juice or squash is better than dehydration or constipation!
No fruit juices. He only drinks water throughout the day and milk before bed. He eats a lot of fruit so that’s how he has it
