I felt like that, luckily I was off work for 6 weeks as it was the holidays and I work in a school! I napped most days and just had to eat to stop myself from feeling sick! At 12 weeks it stopped completely and since then the pregnancy has been absolutely fine xx

absolutely! i’m coming up on 11 weeks and starting to feel better, but pregnancy tired is next level.

I did and found it really frustrating, buttt for me anyway it did get so much better so I wish I listened to my body more and just rested more etc x

Was pretty much bedbound for about 3 months, there's literally nothing worse, it was like a 3 month long sickness bug and I just wanted to sleep all of the time. Take the time to rest as much as you can, the only thing to focus on is eating as much and what you can, and keeping fluids up. It'll likely improve moving into second trimester. I was vomiting-free by week 12 and back up and about properly.

totally get that, the first trimester can be such a drag, like all you wanna do is nap and snack, right? this is what the 'Heal Baby Care App' mentioned… hope it helps! "It's completely normal to feel tired and unmotivated during the first trimester of pregnancy due to hormonal changes and physical adjustments your body is making. Many women experience fatigue and nausea, which can make daily activities feel overwhelming. It's important to listen to your body and rest when you need to.

I'm just into my 2nd trimester and had no sickness, but I am tired (exhausted all the time if I'm honest) and definitely experiencing some brain fog along with the pain from Pelvic Girdle syndrome.

Im hoping the sickness calms down in the second trimester. Eating used to help, but now i find i feel more sick after eating. I hate feeling like this everyday.

i get that. sometimes eating a smaller portion or even toast helps. also sour candy helps with nausea(at least for me). i also find it better to constantly snack and not let yourself get hungry cause i feel worse if i let myself feel hunger and the longer i wait the sicker i get.

that was me. basically spent the whole 1st tri in bed

Super normal! Gets a bit better after the first trimester usually
