preeclampsia before and after birth and ppd

I don’t want to sound like someone who is vain but I miss my old body I’ve gained well over 130 pounds when I was pregnant Now 208 when I used to be 130 I want to work out but I hate people seeing me at my current Weight . I’ve literally lost all my friends during pregnancy and others after And people that are still around I don’t want to see because I don’t want them to comment on my weight My husband is amazing I just feel he doesn’t understand

I had precampsia with my first 2 pregnancys and I can not stress enough how much it destroyed my body

Were you able to lose the weight though?

I have stretch marks and really saggy skin. I just hope I am able to lose the weight.

Are you able to get a trainer?

@Kitty I wish,with all hospital bills from my long hospital stay before and after my pregnancy, we can’t afford one

I just went to the gym 3 hours a day after work. I worked 18 hour shifts then did 3 hours at the gym after every shift. I worked 4 on 2 off. With that routine I lost all the weight I gained with pregnancy and toned up my loose skin. Or course got pregnant right after I got my body back and gained thr weight back but its doable

I totally feel this!! I was the exact same way…145 pre pregnancy 210 once i delivered and 180 still and im just getting myself back into the groove of “confidently” wearing certain shirts. It’s been a lot more mental reassuring that i will get back to where i was but it starts mentally. I’m working on getting into the gym but just stay encouraged. Came here to say that you’re not alone.(And I had a c section… so my body was demolished after and hearing ppl say I jumped back 6 weeks later was intimidating) We got this !!
