Pedi recommendation

I just found out that our beloved pediatrician is retiring this month. It had escaped our attention due to some unfortunate circumstances… But now I’m in a position where my 18 month old is imminently due for his next checkup, and I need to get his medical records over to whoever his next healthcare provider will be. However, I have no idea where to start with finding another doctor. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. For what it’s worth we actually reside in the Medical area, but our retiring pediatrician is located in Stone Oak; so I’m not exactly opposed to driving, but it might be nice to find one more convenient to home. We love Alamo heights pediatrics! We switched over and it was seamless. The doctor actually sits down and listens to you! The office is also always super clean and staff is friendly.

We see dr Franco at Here We Grow, I really like them. It’s off huebner, I think it’s even considered in the medical center. We’ve also seen Dr Finklea too and he’s very nice

We go to northeast pediatrics at their stone oak location. Does your current provider have anyone they recommend? That's how I found our pediatrician. I asked the L&D nurse when I gave birth. She was also a mom and I liked getting a recommendation from a health care professional

@Cara honestly I was so shocked, because I only found out when I called to schedule his 18 month, that I didn’t think to ask . Now kicking myself that I didn’t schedule it at his last check up like I usually do. It would have perfectly timed.
