2 Month Immunizations 🥺

Where did the time go. I just want time to stand still and to cherish these moments forever. Baby boy is getting his 2 month shots next week. What should/could I expect after? Want to make sure we are prepared as much as possible just in case bubby isn’t feeling well so I can help him be as comfortable as possible! FTM so I also want to make sure I’m aware of the changes in behavior in advance so I don’t freak out!!! 🩵🩵

Following! We have my son’s coming up as well!

So I’m a second time mum, with my first, she was as calm as she can be. Happy sweet girl. With my second, on Tuesday of this week, we got hers and my poor baby ended up with a slight fever, was more sleepy than normal and pain on her thighs! I just made sure to monitor temp, and provide Tylenol as the ped said and made sure she was eating enough, next day around noon, her fever broke! I have still been checking in case 🥹 even though it’s my second baby girl, I still feel like a FTM, 😅

My girl just got her shots yesterday and honestly it wasn’t as horrible as I THOUGHT it’d be. She cried for two seconds and then I put her straight on my breast. We had Tylenol just in case but she didn’t have a fever after. I just brought her straight home and gave her a warm bath to move her legs. I fed her and she took a long nap!!! I kept taking her temp to make sure she didn’t have a fever and the following day I gave her a bath when she woke up to move her legs- she was just extra cuddly and a bit fussy!! Otherwise it was fine! Good luck mama!

My girl got hers on Monday. She actually did really well. I think I cried more than she did. But the advice I got was have a bottle ready, Tylenol at home just in case a fever, and give them a warm bath.

2nd time mom and I plan to do the same as I did for the first one. 1st I gave her Tylenol 30minutes before shots 2nd bright her home immediately after shots to a warm bath with massaging the legs she had the injection 3rd made sure she was cool and monitor temp.
