Seeking hairdresser!

I currently have plum box dyed hair and really want to start the transition back to a honey blonde! Any recommendations for a hairdresser local who would be willing to do half head of foils and toner on box dyed hair but without costing £120 every 6 weeks 🙈 I am an idiot and do this every year, but I still never learn 🙈
