3. Most fiber, least sugar.
1-2 too hard and starchy 3 - meh it’s edible but them hard bites ain’t it 4-5 perfection 6 - when I’ve forgotten I had bananas to eat and don’t want to waste them, soft and sweet, little mushy 7 - would usually make banana bread/muffins with 8 - more time these are too mushy/liquified to use so go in the bin
4 but i don’t love bananas and i could never eat beyond a 4 lol

3 is ideal and 4 is tolerable. Anything before that is too hard and starchy, anything after that is way too sweet and I can’t stomach it! If they get 5+ I will usually save for baking something

I want fourth or fifth from the left and I’ll eat sixth from the left as well. First and second from the left I’m not touching with a ten foot pole. Third from the left I’ll eat if I absolutely have to. First from the right is for banana bread 😄
@BoyMom I just hate mushy too sweet bananas. I save that for banana bread 😂
4/5 ideal 1-3 are the absolute WORST all starchy and gross And the last 3 are for cooking
