My baby girl

My poor baby girl is sick with a temp of 101.6 She has a headache,sore throat and very phlegmy cough She won’t eat but will drink but won’t take her medicine because cause she’s scared to throw it up. Any recommendations on how to get her to throw up phlegm besides finger in the throat (she hates that)
