I’ll summarise it. Wet your hair. Towel dry it fully. Brush it out. Now flip your head down and use a a comb to brush it all neatly and tight into a ponytail at the front of your forehead, like right at the front where it touches your hairline. Pull that ponytail straight out forwards, put a hair tie in the middle (coz your hair is so long) then put another hair tie where you want to cut it. (I would take off maybe 4in there) Grab a pair of sharp hair scissors and cut straight across above that last hair tie. Note: some women do the the ponytail at the top, I’ve done that before but I like the results when I do the ponytail at the front, it gives me more front layers as opposed to all around layers.
Thanks Kellie! I'll look into it 💜
@Lindsay this is perfect for you. She has the same length to start she took off about 4in (and about 6in at the front) HER LAYERS LOOK AMAZINGGGG https://youtu.be/oWC6JxTKE9c?si=WIhDydQ6Y6Nja3zf
How do you manage to have such beautiful hair with this hard water!
@Erica I've only been living here for a couple months so I don't think it's fully ruined my hair yet 🙃 haha
@Lindsay I've been here just a little over a year and I'm ready to get out of here mainly because of the water. Haha
@Erica you can buy a shower head w a built in water softener/filter for the hard water. That’s if your shower head can be unscrewed and just replaced over.
Do the Brad Mondo butterfly haircut. Type that up on YouTube. I been cutting my own hair for years. It gives me nice layers too. It’s very very easy and takes 5mins Xx
