Has your child (my son is 12) ever had 2 viruses overlap each other? My son has tested positive for rhinovirus on Tuesday of this week and then fever went from low grade to 102 or so and his rash had changed so we took him back and he test

Positive for rhinovirus and Covid. Now he’s been complaining about a headache for about 3 days now, can’t taste much, which all aligns with Covid, but poor baby. He’s ran a low grade fever since Sunday with the occasional 101-102 fever. And had just laid around and rested which I know is good for him and staying hydrated. He’s had an appetite which I’m glad but not everyday. Today he’s laid around and took a good nap earlier. He wants to just stay in a dark room bc his head had hurt. Thankfully at the moment his headache isn’t terrible but last night it was :(
