Nutrition during pregnancy

Hi all! I’m trying to eat really healthy during my ttc/pregnancy journey and I’m looking for any resources that we can crowdsource! I’m not looking for the typical American pregnancy diet, I’m really looking for a nutrient dense, high (healthy) fat, low dye, scrunchy/natural pregnancy diet (I hate using the term diet, but I can’t tho l of another word for it). I’m not opposed to indulging in a Dr. Pepper and McDonald’s fries if that’s what my cravings tell me to do, but I want the majority of my diet to be top notch for this baby’s development!

I used the Ovia app in my first pregnancy purely for the recipes - not sure if it’s still the same, but it had some really good nutritious recipes available on there - it may be worth a look ☺️
