My little boy was new to weaning and still on bottles when he started and for the first few weeks only took a fraction of both compared to at home - they come round in time. I just gave him more when we got home to make up for it. Now 6months later he eats like a lord there!! And is sometimes alot less hungry for his dinner than he would be on an at home day x
Yes my LG was the same she hardly ate at nursery for the 1st month. I felt reallt bad about it. When home I would just feed her more. She is now eating better at nursery and has been going for 2 months
No advice but my baby started nursery 3 weeks ago and we’re having the same problem. Today they said he ate a little bit at lunch time, only some bites, I know it’s not too much but it’s an improvement as the other days he didn’t touch the food. Hopefully little by little they’ll eat better and more. xx
Yeh ours barely ate anything at nursery for the first month she was there and it's slowly picked up! Try not to worry too much, there likely giving him things he's either not used to or stuff prepared in a slightly different way and at different times which can throw them off!
