The economy isn’t super great right now not a lot of places are hiring. You might wanna wait it out just a little bit just to make a paycheck while your hubby is trying to find a position himself. maybe put applications out, but don’t technically quit quite yet. It’s never a bad idea to keep your eye out.
100% start looking for jobs, but do not quit until you have something lined up. Since many non-entry level jobs require "3-5" years experience sticking with it for another year may be good for getting that next job.
Thanks guys. I just got a .25 raise but was never told about the manager classes anymore. I just want to be assistant and then find a job as assistant to work for the city of San Antonio or something

I wouldn’t leave until you have a better opportunity available. I have worked where I have not felt appreciated. It sucks. If you feel that way it’s better to leave than to stay and be miserable. You have to think about your family and be strategic about it.
