Hi Sarah Thank you so much; il have a little look into these 😊 definitely want to get mixing with other mummas on the area. Xx
There is also the Mum Club - I haven’t been to any of their events so can’t vouch for them but might be worth checking - their insta handle is @themumclubtunbridgewells X
Contact Bump & Beyond E.Sussex for free antenatal classes, they are really useful and are in person so gives you opportunity to meet other Mums. If you struggle to find details pop me a message and I’ll dig out the contact details for the practitioners who lead our course. (It might be different if you are Kent, your midwife should have given you details. I live in E.Sussex but was under Crowborough/Pembury care)
Also check out the library in T.Wells as they have rhyme time weekly x
Hi - exciting not long to go now! Antenatal id recommend pregnancy yoga - check out Brigid at Unity Yoga. She is fantastic. She also does mum & baby yoga for when baby arrives which is equally great. Other baby classes I’d recommend are Baby Sensory - our closest one is in Frant. Love it. I did Baby Explorers with my first which was also great - that’s in Southborough. Hartbeeps also good but I don’t think they operate around here anymore. Other useful info - baby umbrella meets on a Monday morning. Great for feeding support & advice and good to meet other mums for free. I’ve met some great friends through there. The baby groups at the children’s centres are good and free. And rhyme time at the Amelia Scott is great for when baby is a bit older X
