Pregnancy yoga

Any experience with pregnancy yoga, and any class recommendations? Is it worth spending on a class or is taking youtube lessons equally helpful? It would be nice to attend in-person and also connect with other mums, but the lessons are quite costly. Pls do share if you have attended or aware of affordable lessons around High Wycombe.

I’ve been going to a class in Princes Risborough since about 18 weeks (now 32) and couldn’t recommend it enough. Definitely has been worth the money for me mamababybliss_wycombe on Instagram
