Not to scare you but my boy had it a month ago and sadly ended up on a ventilator due to being vulnerable due to health problems scariest thing to ever happen but the advice they gave me was Reduce feeds to smaller amounts so it doesn’t push on their lungs Have you little one proped up when sleeping Use saline drops in nose And just keep any eye on there breathing and the tugging under the ribs if you see a little bit to a and e so you little one gets help straight away I wish I did that even though the out come probably would of ended up the same with my little one Good news though he is a fighter and got through it :) so your little one will too xx

My baby had it when he was 2 weeks old and we ended up in hospital he had to have high oxygen and ng feeding tube. Day 4-7 is the worst but after that my son improved dramatically, I didn’t see it at the time but he turned a corner. Are you in hospital? They will be absolutely fine I know it’s scary but they will be okay, just follow your instinct and take them to the hospital if you see them struggling a lot to breathe. X

@Anneliese we have been twice but her oxygen is oddly 100% (not complaining) we are day 4/5 and she has refused to feed all day
