Anxiety

I just received an op date (27th march) I'm do happy to be rid of it but also incredibly anxious. Ever since my son was born (ftm) in December I have way worse health anxiety as I worry about not being there for him. The GA terrifies me. Anyone else felt similar? Thoughts?
