Lip filler

Has anyone had lip filler whilst pregnant? I’ve read there’s not much research into it so they recommend not to have it. I had an appointment booked when I didn’t even know I was pregnant yet and cancelled cause I was ill and then found out I’m pregnant. This is my third baby, I’m now in my second trimester and I’m feeling like a need a bit of confidence. Has anyone had it done anyway?

Absolutely not. It is not recommended at all. And any reputable aesthetician won’t administer it to someone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. You wouldn’t be covered by the aestheticians insurance either. Just wait. It’s really not that long. Don’t risk complications for vanity.

Hi, totally not safe. I also approached my usual salon when pregnant with my first baby for lip filler. They refused and explained the dangers/risks from a health perspective. Whilst pregnant/breastfeeding use lipliners and lipsticks or gloss for a confidence boost 😊

Don’t do it.
