@Leah I’m so glad it’s not just me, I make him so many different things and he throws it or takes bites then spits it out😭 give him some mash with veg and gravy and he’ll eat the whole thing🤣
I’ve even brought formula at night time just to give him nutrients as he just won’t eat😭🤣
My son went through this phase. One of my mom friends told me about both her kids going through the same. Meat is an acquired taste, if you’re looking for little one to get proteins there’s protein in cheese, yogurt or skyr and in some veggie pastas like chickpea pastas mixed with other veggie or cheese or milk and they’ve met their daily of protein. My son is now 20 months and enjoys chicken sausage.
My son rarely eats meat. So I make sure he gets yogurt and he gets a multivitamin every day to make up for anything else he is missing.
Yeh mines the same I make him lots of smoothies
My 14 month old is going through the same thing, very very picky with veg so I have to blend it into sauces so I know she’s getting it. I think it’s just a phase they go through and should hopefully grow out of it 😂 I try and make her so many different meals in the day to try and get food into her as she just chews a few bits then throws it on the floor. My child is surviving on air and water at the minute 😂
