You could also mix oats with mashed banana and peanut butter. Basically oats+fruit baked in the oven and cut up.

I make a batch every week by mixing a pouch of fruit puree (like one of the baby pouches) with plain porridge oats and baking it for 10 mins. You can add chia seeds or dried fruit or peanut butter too. It's really simple and my little one loves them!
