Not eating?

My 2 year old is not been eating for nearly a week now, picking but not properly eating! All the stuff he use to love is now not wanting and being very difficult at meal times! Any advice or help? Thank you 😊

It might just be a phase! I’ve found one week my little boy eats the world then the next week he just snacks. Apparently this is really really normal with toddlers so try not to worry.

My daughter has been like this for a few months now. She just seems to be grazing. I called my health visitor and she said this is normal for some kids, and to keep trying them with their favourite meals. She didn't seem bothered as she is peeing and pooing normal. My daughter does have 2 molars coming in, and she did do something similar when she got her first set in so I don't know if it that 🤷‍♀️ All I can suggest is keep offering them meals, mines has started to eat breakfast again ☺️

Also might be teething or having a growth spurt my daughter did exactly the same about 3 weeks ago and now her clothes don’t fit 😆🤦🏼‍♀️

Yeah we have had a lot of picky eating days lately - I think it’s molars coming in. We’ve survived on porridge and scrambled egg!

Ours was picky for a month or so and eating alot less, went off breakfast which was strange for her, and then realised her second molars were coming in, and she'd just had a growth spurt. Seems more back to normal now

Thanks all for your input! We are 2 years and 2 months, he is also not been sleeping well so wondering about sleep regression? Anyone had that? So emotional this week and clingy 😢
