Toddler not eating

Is anyone else’s 20 month old toddler being so picky and rarely eating? My son is starting to not like his favorite foods, looks at the spoon before being fed and says “stop”. He’s literally living off of milk, Cheetos and Mac and cheese because that’s all he’ll eat but hey at least it’s something right? Let me know how to deal with this, is it just a phase?

lol yes, my toddler survives off air. I have to switch up foods and sometimes we take her to a buffet and give her options and it’s odd the things you find out that you toddler likes and would’ve never thought they did. Lately it’s been broccoli… like JUST BROCCOLI 😂

lol yes we have days where he will literally only eat fruit. It drives me crazy! Then other days like yesterday where he ate poke and a burger at a restaurant 🤷‍♀️

Ya they say some days they just don’t need as much! I like to think of it like our natural way of fasting and not overconsumption the way we start to as we get older! My son basically eats boujee charcuterie boards on these days and he’s healthy!

My son will only eat grilled cheese and quesadillas and snacks 🤣 the good side is I can put anything in the quesadilla and he will eat it, just needs to be a quesadilla

It could be a phase it might not. Our 20 month old is the same but has been for months. He's lost weight because of it. The foods that he does eat he's getting bored of and not eating as much. Spoke to GP (f****ing useless) so we are now in contact with a paediatric dietician His dad has IBS so unsure if he may have a stomach issue as he is grouchy a lot but the f***ing useless dr looked me dead in the eye and said ", children can't get IBS"🤦🏼‍♀️😠 so we are looking for another dr
