Sorry of course you have if you have the code! So its on there when you log in...
You obviously then repeat this each month you get a new bill. Same applies when you get your child's funding and are paying a reduced bill. You can still claim the tax free childcare against this x
Its also really important to know, from the first picture I posted is that you have to reconfirm your details every 3 months as proof you're still entitled to use the service/get the funding, but you will get an email reminding you to do this. Sorry for the long winded explanation, hope its helped you x
Aw no problem! Oh im not sure, mine was automatically there when I applied but there may be a delay now with there being so many applications due to the funding. I originally signed up for the service when my eldest started nursery in 2023. Did any of the secure messages they sent tell you anything about the tax free side? X
