@Allison see stuff like this is my concern. At their current center and the Montessori it’s and open door policy so this makes me raise my eyebrow a bit
Not being allowed to enter is a red flag, for me. $55 extra a week but I can see the facility and can check in on the cameras? It's a yes for me.
@C I wanted to make sure I wasn’t being paranoid about that being weird.
I’ve worked at multiple locations and I wouldn’t trust either or any
@yesenia welp my mom died so don’t have a choice
@Daija hell no. Why wouldn't they want you to look inside where your children are going to be? You should absolutely be able to look around and make sure everything is good. You're leaving your two most precious little loves there. If you can afford the extra $55 a week def go with the other one.
I’m all for home daycare but I don’t like the idea of drop off at door. When my husband was in college, he lived in a room that belonged to a woman who ran a daycare on her first floor but rented out the upstairs to students. The kids were just stuck in a playpen screaming most of the morning that I was there while she watched TV and I think the parents didn’t know about the students living upstairs. I would insist on being able to come inside.
