Baby not interested in solids

I’ve tried all methods of weaning with my 6 months old baby for over a month already and she is still not interested by solids. I read so many books about it but can’t find a solution. I’m exhausted but try to not show my frustration and keep trying but sometimes it’s really tough… I wanted it to be a fun activity with her but it’s hard. Any tips please?

Food is for fun before 1 and milk is sufficient enough. I’m sure she will show interest when she is ready every baby is different!🫶

How old is she? Do you eat with her? Does she show interest in what you’re eating?

We pull our little girl at the table every night at tea time, and give her well cooked broccoli to hold, she loves it, really soft finger food, sweet potato , avacodo! She much prefer that to being fed! Good luck xxx

Our first didn’t care about food until 8m and then made her way to x3 meals and snacks before 1. Weaning at 6 months is just when it’s safest, the window for when you “should” have them eating is 6-12m. She’ll get there, just keep it consistent x

@Annabel she is 6 months. We eat together but she doesn’t touch anything. Not curious at all…

@Victoria we tried this bit no success… we’ve been trying this for 2 months

Mine isn’t interested either. We’ve been trying for the past 2 weeks and she barely touches her puréed. At most a very small mouthful if I’m lucky. My first was eating better by now. She’s just not interested.

@Rupi it’s really hard and frustrating. I really want to have fun with her and cook a lot of yummy things but right now it’s hell and I stopped putting a lot of energy in preparing food that is not going to be touched at all..
