Second time mama (I know this is the ftm group)

But I know there are still some 2tm here and it’s a big group. I’m 39+4 today and ALL signs of labor have stopped. I had contractions 3-4 days ago and cramping As of yesterday and today I feel NOTHING I’m getting so restless. No sleep,hips are hurting,I hate my relationship with food. I’m eating for survival and it sucks. Anyone have stories of their labor coming suddenly and not having symptoms before or am I looking at giving birth 40+ 😣☹️

With my first born, everyone at the hospital thought that I was going to come back after my ob appt Thursday night (the day after my due date). They all said they we wondering what happened to me when I showed up Sunday morning in labour 6 cm dilated. They were also pretty amazed that I could walk in at 6cm. Didn't last long though, lol

I had all the signs too around 37 weeks but it then everything stopped! I’ve been walking tons, cleaning, cooking, taking care of my toddler and symptoms are slowly coming back occasionally with just a ton of pressure and light cramps occasionally. I’m 39 weeks +4 days now but getting induced at 40 weeks because I didn’t want to go past my due date again

I had no signs beforehand at all. Waters suddenly went 1am the day before due date, and baby was born 21.40 the same day! I am a FTM. Was your first on time/early/late?

My second baby I had a sweep earlier in the day, was 4cm (had a sweep with my first so didn’t really expect much to happen). Went home, stayed active. Only had period like cramps which got more severe. Walked into hospital and 15mins later my baby was out 🤣 my water broke as I was pushing, second ones are sneaky and quick!
