I need recipe help 😂

My son has very little interest in weaning and doesn’t like singular veg purées. I have a few in my freezer which I made that he won’t eat so in need of some recipes to help use them up. I’ve got sweet potato, spinach, sprout, courgettes and green bean in the freezer. I used a load to make a beef bolognaise which he actually loves that had onion, peppers [red green and yellow] spinach, carrots, peas, sweetcorn and green beans. This was a hit so I would love some recommendations on how to use the others I’ve named above 😂

Mix most of them together and add it to pasta as a sauce that’s what I did xx

Or might sound a little silly but if he’s taking on solids as well put a little on bread/toast as a spread

@Tazanna that’s what I did with the bolognese 😂 because I know he likes toast so I knew he would give it a go and he liked it. Might give it a go with the others x

Add them to eggs and flour to make savoury pancakes!

@Leah my partner thought I was mental giving it to him like that but my boy point blank refused the single veg purse no matter if I made it or if it came from a jar/pouch 😂

Yellow pepper, courgette and tomato mixed makes a nice ratatouille mix we did that with couscous for texture And broccoli, peas, cream cheese and chive pasta cooked that all up for blitzed it. Have a look at Ella’s kitchen there’s a few recipes on the website https://www.ellaskitchen.co.uk/recipes/cheesy-chive-pasta
