Yoghurt is fine, but not juice that’s bad for the teeth
yogurt is fine, i’d go for natural greek yogurt with mashed fruit in rather than flavoured yogurts. no juice until one year plus x
I’d suggest Plain yogurt only not artificially flavored and sweetened. And no juices water only
@Abby babies can have yoghurt (that’s how it’s spelled in the UK)
@Abby yoghurt is absolutely fine for babies as soon as they start solids around 6 months of age. Juice is absolutely not recommended, even if diluted, due to the sugar content which can be bad for both health and teeth. It isn’t even recommended at 1 but some parents will choose to introduce it then. Small amounts can be given for medical reasons, but not as a standard practice.
@Abby why u deleted ur comment? Don’t encourage no one to give their child juice at 6 months old. U do it with ur child but juice at such a young age is def not recommended because of the sugar.
@Jody she is giving incorrect information and then blocking people who disagree with her
