You can give her anything. Cooked Vegetables and fruit. Or anything you eat mashed up a bit
Mine is 7 months and I mash most things for her- carrots, peas, parsnips, avocado, egg yolk with milk, banana, apple etc. She does better with the wetter/slimier foods like banana or apple. She does choke sometimes so I think we’re still gonna be a while until we’re into BLW but she’s doing really well now and has started to feed herself if I load the spoon up
We’ve been doing BLW. So she eats veg and fruit prepped the right way for her. She’s had curry, orzo with veg pasta sauce, I keep a freezer stash of oat banana pancakes, puff pastry pinwheels (with cream cheese or tomato purée and various chopped veg), broccoli and carrot tots, baked beans mashed with the back of a fork, porridge, toast with either peanut butter, almond butter, avocado, cream cheese or unsalted butter.
We had beef stew I just diced the meal up into a lumpy consistency- I don’t blend or it’s too smooth Then just feed that
