Help meeee

Sooooo now my dearest daughter is getting upset while in the highchair when she’s previously loved it, I think she’s just tired of purees(it’s me not her) how do I fix this? What are foods that you guys recommend to start out with actual finger foods?

My daughter was the same! We tried really ripe banana first! You can do avocado, cooked broccoli

My daughter started hating purees at about 7.5 months, she eats almost everything now (almost 10m) We started with those baby teething wafers. But basically she eats everything as long as it's squishable with no (or few) teeth. Her favorites are bananas and yogurt.

Do you have those mesh food things for them to eat out of? I started my bb girl with those and strawberries and what not and she would bite the mesh to get fruit and by the time she got it was a mush/purée you could transition to that and then transition to cut up lil things for her. But I started with fruit, and steamed veg, and actually my babies first ‘food’ was a strip of steak she just gummed at 5 1/2 months. Also the yogurt meltie things I get at Walmart they are like the mummum wafers but mine hated those and likes the yogurt melties. But really I gave mine everything I was eating I just cut it up small for her
