Ooooo I love this question! So I was 76kg and now at 70kg. It’s not a lot but I’m doing baby steps. My kids don’t let me workout and even walks I can’t do because they cry in the buggy. It’s just too many stress! So now I gave up on that lol. I tell myself I’ll do it when they’re in full time school. What you can do is diet! Dieting saved me. No snacks, no sugar, eat carbs but small portions. Your snacks should be carrots, apples or berries. That’s it. Strict diet. I also have only one meal and replaced the other 2 meals with a protein meal replacement shake. It saved me. Message if you want to know more x
