Eggs for breakfast everyday!! Can switch it up and make then all different kinds. Dippy eggs, scrambled. Omlettes, egg bites, you name it! Eggs are SO good for you. For snacks I have been making batches of mini muffins for the week. i cut the sugar in the recipe in half and add fruits and yogurt to the batter. My guy also loves pickles and anything fermented is great for the gut. I keep english muffins on hand always for mini pizzas or whatever you want to put on them! Another great lunch option is make burger nuggets with ground beef. Great protein and super easy better for them than just chicken nuggets all the time. Ummm trying to think of what else. Yogurts! Cottage cheese, beans! Soup. OH sweet potato fries! I make them DAILY
my toddler is a big fan of french toast sticks and sausage. i’ve tried every breakfast under the sun and that’s the only thing she’ll eat without throwing on the floor snacks we do sliced fruit, white cheddar cheese puffs or apple sauce. i MIGHT give her a cookie here and there Lunch she’s a pasta LOVER so if i have it i’ll do different types of pasta or chicken nuggets because i know she’ll eat either one. her favorite pasta though is alfredo and she’s not a veggie fan so i blend spinach and broccoli into the sauce
@Aja my daughter is a pasta lover as well. Sometimes I do smush veggies lol she tries eating them frozen.
Yes! My toddler is doing the same. I’ve made weekly meal plans in my phone and it helps a lot. Easy breakfast I get pre hard boiled eggs, sometimes we’ll do bagel and cream cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, avocado toast, fruit Snacks we do sting cheese, salami, fig bars, crackers and peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, muffins, pouches For lunch we normally do left over dinner or keep it simple, grilled cheese, quesadilla, English muffin pizza, Pb&j, bean and cheese burritos, chicken nuggets, cheese and meat platter And then I’ll add an easy veggie to the lunch Easy veggies: avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, canned green beans or peas, frozen sweet potato fries.
