I’m 27 weeks and need healthy snack food ideas I caint eat whole meals I’d say I eat about as much as a three year old does every 5/6 hours

My OB recommended Ensure drinks if you can’t eat much! That way you’re still getting a lot of nutrients without having to eat a lot

Boiled eggs/scrambled, Greek yogurt, protein smoothies, handfuls of nuts, chia seed pudding, I also really like doing snack plates like cheese, veggies, crackers, etc maybe pair the protein snacks with a fruit or veggie too

I’m surviving on my toddlers that’s it bars, unsweetened apple sauce pouches and protein shakes. Sometimes I grab his lesser evil popcorn packs too!
