I think all 90s kids had sandwiches every day for lunch at school and it didn’t do any harm! Could make savoury muffins, frittatas, wraps?
Baked bean Pancakes, brocoli fritters, last night's left over dinner lol, anything and everything, I dont actually do many sandwiches for my son. He likes raspberry roll ups , avocado on toast xx
I make her different pasta meals, scrambled eggs, jacket potato with cheese and beans.
@Rebecca tell me more about baked bean pancakes! My son is obsessed with baked beans 😂
Baked bean pancakes are all my daughter will eat 🤦🏻♀️ Tin of beans, 2 eggs, 4tbsp plain flour and a handful of cheese mixed and fried, then just freeze the leftovers and, in my case defrost daily 😂
Could also do omelette fingers and veggies, savoury muffins/pancakes, rice or pasta with different sauces, mash and fish fingers or chicken. Depends what your child eats really, my son would only est bread with peanut butter so sandwiches are not an option yet
@Emily amazing thank you!! Going to be trying these!!
But then what does everyone give their child’s for tea xx
@Bobbie Wilson I buy sugar free beans, mix with flour and egg, then fry them:) super simple c
I sometimes do pasta with a light coating of tomato sauce or pesto (often cooked the night before and eaten cold like a pasta salad), or crackers with meat, cheese and fruit. Half a baked potato and beans.
