Flax seeds and fresh figs! Flax seeds are a bit easier to eat as you can put them already in meals (they donāt taste of much), and figs are also more of an instant relief but have more of a taste to them if youāre suffering with aversions. I just make sure to have a mix of flax and chia seeds in the morning- I have them with fruit but theyāre also absolutely fine on savory foods!
