I need help using the bathroom!!

I have no problem going #1 at all lol but #2 is terrible! I honestly already stayed constipated before I was pregnant and feel it has just gotten worse! šŸ˜¬šŸ˜¬ Anything you moms have tried to help you go? Sometimes Iā€™ll feel the need to go and my tummy hurts but even then nothing will come out! I need some ideas on maybe vitamins I can take or snacks yā€™all recommend thatā€™s helped yā€™all even if itā€™s a little because Iā€™m only in my first trimester and this is a nightmare!! - Sincerely a very constipated and uncomfortable mama šŸ„²

Supplements

Flax seeds and fresh figs! Flax seeds are a bit easier to eat as you can put them already in meals (they donā€™t taste of much), and figs are also more of an instant relief but have more of a taste to them if youā€™re suffering with aversions. I just make sure to have a mix of flax and chia seeds in the morning- I have them with fruit but theyā€™re also absolutely fine on savory foods!
