What has brought you joy post pregnancy that you never thought would…

So I was thinking of all the things that I am more able to do or feel much better now I’m no longer pregnant and wanted to know yours. Aside from having your bundle of joy in your arms. For me having a full wee and emptying my bladder has been an almost euphoric experience. As has being able to bend at the waist again… What about you? Or what are you looking forward to when baby is here?

With my first it was laying on my stomach for the first time after birth 😂😂 this time it’s defo the fact that my heartburn has just disappeared and i haven’t had to take a pre bedtime gaviscon like i was doing every night before 😂

@Courtney oh that first stomach sleep was a religious experience for me! It was a short one but wow did it feel amazing

I'm really looking forward to the stomach sleeps when I'm recovered. For me its the heart burn and the constant need to pee.

sleeping on my back, although whenever I do I get scary dreams every time! Bending down easily, going up the stairs etc

Sleeping on my back wow 😍 the hospital bed seemed unbelievably comfortable but think it was just the fact there wasn’t an 8lb 13 baby in my stomach 😂

1. I got something out of the loft all by myself and didn't have to ask my husband to do it. 2. I can stand close to the sink and kitchen side again. 3. I fit in the understairs cupboard again without having to back out like a reversing lorry. 4. I can get up off the sofa like a normal person not bump first. 5. My older kids can sit on my lap again.

Being able to hug people properly again! The belly got in the way so much and it’s so nice to have a tight squeeze again

Lying on my tummy and being able to reach my food at the table bevause I can actually push my chair in again🤣
