Me! I have a 19 month gap. I'd say I was just surviving the first few months and if I'm honest I didn't enjoy any of it but we've had a lot of medical obstacles but now it's much easier. It's all about being organised and letting things go like having anything that resembles a tidy house during the day.
I did it with my June baby. My daughter was 7 months when we found out & 15 months when he was born. It is hard sometimes and they take up energy. But it’s worth it because you get the hardest bits out the way sooner than if your firstborn was 3 for example. My first is now two and my son turned 9 months today. It is a lot easier now in some ways but there are times when it’s tough but you just muddle through and curse under your breath 😂
@Helen can I ask.. did you get a double pram? I’m in the same situation.. due in August and I’ve got an 10month year old 😅
@Amz Yes I did
I've done 2u2 and 3u3.. it's bloody hard work! But it does get easier! I use to think 2u2 was hard but thinking now it was so much easier 😂 now I feel like I don't stop! The 2nd always slots in nicely x
I fell pregnant with my second when my first was 10 months old. It’s hard work leaving the house on your own with two children and double the amount of stuff😅 but you get use to it! I tend to leave coats, changing bags and pram in my car to make it easier. My eldest has loved her little sister since day one🥹
