We use highlands cold medicine, an electronic nose sucker to suck out any yuckies, use sailene spray to dry up her nose, and then kids vic vapor rub (small small amount) on her tummy so help clear everything. If she has a fever we use cold patches on her forehead to help drop it. Sometimes we will do a steam bath but thats only if she hasn't had a fever recently. We also use tylenol to help with fevers and pain. If she is complaining of a sore throat we use soups, popsicles, and a throat soothing lollipop. Sometimes if my girls are overly tired but determined not to sleep during the day I'll give them the night time stuff instead of day time to help give them a nap which helps them feel better
We also have been giving my girls Olly vitamin gummy daily and still give them it when they are sick and it seems to help get them to feel better faster vs not taking them
