To travel alone or not

Mamas need your help! It will be my first time flying with my baby she will be 6 months then Here’s my problem I have two options: One fly by myself BUT flight will be shorter by 2 hours (6 hr travel) Or Fly with my couple friends that also have a baby but flight will be about 8 hours (8hr travel) And tips and advice are welcome! Thank you!

Are either option a nonstop flight?

Flying with my 6 month old was so easy compared to him now at 15 months I’d do the shorter day if you feel confident if your a bit stressed and could use some extra support 2 more hours isn’t a big deal to have the support

@Andrea unfortunately no :( all the flights have layover

@Brisa ok thank you! Yes I’m definitely feeling a little bit anxious sooo maybe the longer flight just so I can have peace of mind She’s just a squirmy baby so I’m a little nervous haha

I’d just fly alone, it’s a great confidence booster that first time and tbh it’s not a long flight. Just pack supplies and don’t stress too much. Babies just sleep onboard due to the white noise and you’ll get assistance if you ask. I travelled alone with my daughter long haul lots xx

@Sarah Definitely agree that it would be a confidence booster! Love that thank you! 😊
