Any change in movement warrants a trip to your doctor or ER (whoever can get you in faster). They'd rather you come in for nothing than leave it and it end up being something.
I personally think at this point it isn't a huge concern and also agree with the commentor who said to try a sweet drink like orange juice (makes baby hyped up). Of course if you feel you want to be checked out, you can always get an ultrasound for reassurance via ER or maybe even an urgent care. Do you have a 24 hour nurse hotline you could call? They may be able to sister with whether its a concern or not . Though I have found they usually suggest the ER for any pregnancy concerns
Yes try being in active motion for a couple hours like a like chore such as laundry or dishes and then drink some really cold orange juice then lay down, typically the activity keeps baby asleep and then awake and moving when things stop. It is always good to advocate for yourself and rather be safe than sorry.
I had the same thing happen for the past day and a half, so I laid on my left side and I could feel him. After that I realize he may have moved to kick in the inside of my stomach. I think he moved again yesterday and now I can feel him
I would try drinking a sweet cold drink. Or if there’s something you do that makes baby move then try that. At this stage it is normal for baby to move one day and not the next. But if in doubt, I would follow my gut and contact an out of hours OB.
