Suggestions for lowering rainbow baby anxiety

I am 22 and I've had 5 miscarriages. I now have a 5 month old baby and I feel like I'm constantly on edge. I am so scared of something happening to him. I had a rough pregnancy and went into labor and had it stopped 3 times. I was on bed rest a good bit of the pregnancy because I was having contractions constantly starting at 23 weeks when I went into labor the 1st time. He was born at 39 weeks and was in the NICU for 3 days with oxygen for issues with his lungs. I've been taking care of kids my whole life so I know I'm being irrational with some of my anxiety and I try to remind myself it's not a big deal but I'm just terrified constantly.

I don’t have any suggestions but I wanted to say I understand! I’m 34 weeks pregnant and my anxiety is so high. I’ve been anxious all through pregnancy that something will go wrong but as I’m nearing the end it’s getting worse. I hope you find something that helps, even if that’s just time!

@Nicci thank you! 💜 Yeah my whole pregnancy i had panic attacks a bunch and had to start taking meds for my anxiety. I'm still taking them and they help a lot but I'm still so nervous all the time. I bought a sleep sock to monitor him even though he sleeps in a bassinet beside my bed but it didn't work with the wifi because I live at a hotel. If that's something you can afford and you have normal wifi then I bet it'll help your anxiety once the baby is here. It sets off an alarm if their heart rate drops and monitors them like the hospital monitor does but it connects to your phone. I've gotta get something new because my son started having heart issues and so it's spiked my anxiety again
