If you haven’t read the others of SJM I’d recommend starting with Throne of glass then Crescent City! Besides the ones already recommended, the Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros if you haven’t already 😊
No I started straight with acotar after seeing it everywhere, I did look at throne of glass but I didn't know where would be best to start! Thank you everyone xx

Throne of glass will literally rewire your brain and consume your life (also slightly destroy it) but definitely definitely read it and Crescent City too. 🌙 🦌 🌲

@Laura just so you know, sjm actually recommends reading throne of glass first in the series and assassins blade 3rd or 4th. It’s on her website in one of the faq’s

The Throne of Glass series
Throne of glass is fantastic! I prefered it to ACOTAR
I’m just finishing Fourth Wing series and will go on to ACOTAR as heard they have similar themes 🫶🏻

Have you read the other SJM stuff? I went straight to crescent city after ACOTAR and it was a lot of world building but was SO good I loved it! Then I went to throne of glass x
