I told my immediate family around 9-12 weeks. I popped out with a whole baby to my husband’s family 😂. They annoy me.
Are you going to tell your family for real or just let them notice you getting bigger. I say wait until they notice. 😂
@Dana 🦅♥️🤍💙 lmaooo thats what Im thinking 😭 just randomly come back & visit with a belly like…hello I told you this months ago.🤣 either that or show up to a family party with the baby 😭 lmao
Me and my boyfriend call my parents and told them shortly after we found out, just incase anything happened, I then told my brother when I was 8 weeks as all the family were around his for Christmas and I needed his help hiding it from my grandparents (basically gave me non alcoholic stuff and no one noticed). Told friends and the rest of the family at 12 weeks. Sometimes it’s nice to tell one or two people early just so you got that support network, but as time goes on it does get easier to keep it a secret like you knowing something no one else knows is kinda exciting. ❤️
I accidentally told my sister. We waited until after dating scan to tell everyone else so was around six weeks. I was so bloated and felt like crap (vomit-y) that I also told work as soon as I found out because I was constantly in the bathroom lol.
my mom figured it out when she saw how sick i was, that was probably at 7 weeks. i would have procrastinated telling her so im glad she did. i didn’t tell the rest of my family until around 18 weeks
I told them I say close to the end of the first trimester around 3 months x
We told them at 12 weeks
I’m currently 34 weeks and a handful of people know. Ima just pop up with a new baby 🤷🏼♀️🤣
With my first, anyone who didn’t see me towards the end didn’t know. I didn’t tell anyone. To me it’s really peaceful going through pregnancy without hows pregnancy? How’s the baby. Is the baby here yet? Do you have a name picked out? etc. much more peaceful and I’m able to focus on me and my pregnancy than pleasing everyone around me.
First we told family around 8 weeks as it was Covid and I had to change job role so everyone was already suspicious 😂 Second time We told my FIL pretty early (probably 5/6 weeks) as we needed extra childcare for appointments and I felt awful and had to cancel meal plans. my parents and brother we told once we had had an 8 week scan (I also told my manager at work then as I was feeling awful!) everyone else we told after out 12 week scan which came with its own extra surprise of going from one baby at 8 weeks to 2 babies at 12 🥴
I learned my lesson with my first child 🫠 With my second child, only my husband and mom knows. I’m waiting for the right timing to tell my dad. But as for the rest of the family, I don’t plan on telling anyone. I don’t feel obligated to do so. If they find out then so be it. I just been enjoying my pregnancy peacefully.
First two straight away, I miscarried my third so waited till entered 2nd trimester to tell anyone about my 4th final child x
I only waited until my second trimester because I had a miscarriage with my last pregnancy so wanted to wait until my 12 week scan to make sure bubba was ok and turns out I was also 1 week ahead, currently 29weeks with rainbow baby ❤️

I told mine at 20 weeks. But was worried about telling them. We each told one person at 12 weeks. He told his mum. I told my friend.
We waited till I was 8 weeks we had an ultrasound that day and it showed a healthy happy heartbeat so I announced it ..and then got a comment from my sister "you should really wait till 12 weeks" baring in mind I had a misscarrige last year so she knew that comment would properly annoy me ,I'm like girl you try to get pregnant then have to wait and also it's my choice lol 😂 I literally had to be like" I'm having a happy day let me enjoy this time" and i said" thank you" over and over till she stopped talking about it ...I'd rather have the support of people around me if I go though it again basically...it's only up to you ♥️only you can make that choice ....my own partner said that ,he knows how scared am I this time ... because he feels the same way
I told my family immediately the first time but it was the hardest thing to tell them I had a miscarriage so I just wait till 13-14 weeks.
I took a test and told my sister straight away, I was about 8 weeks when I found out, but waited until I had the 12 week scan and pic to show the rest of the family.
My immediate family only consists of my two brothers. I called the middle one right away both times & said he could tell the other one (we aren’t close). My husband also called his folks right away.
I told my mom after I went to my first OB appointment where they confirmed I was pregnant. Then called my 2 older sisters to tell them. My mom was so happy because she knew how much I wanted to be a mother. I visited them close to my 12 week mark. I had HG so I wouldn’t have been able to hide it anyway.
With my first immediately with my second immediately after I got into a car accident and went to the hospital and found out 3rd and current pregnant I told them a week ago when I was 19 weeks and I’m currently 20 weeks now
My first baby I was open but this baby I’m surprising the whole family one day
I took a test in the morning. Then did a clear blue after work when my partner was home. About an hour after that, we told family
