FIFO family

Not baby related but have nowhere else I could think of posting this. Me, my husband and our kids live in London and want to move to Australia in August. Could anyone PLEASE help us in finding a way to get my partner into FIFO scaffolding. Or lead us in the right direction. He’s finding it hard to land a position even with almost 11 years advanced scaffolding experience 🥺 please help, anyone
