Take Grandma and Grandad that's what we are doing 😅🤣
But i agree with Charley, I would trust big brand nurseries like Tui and well reviewed resorts. Some places are literally built for parents to take kids (but they cost)
I’d say look at the holiday villages hotels
I would never ever ever ever leave my children unattended in any abroad holiday. We took my MIL on our last holiday. Although, I personally do not mind having my children with us on dates.
My gut response is hell no.
I literally have just arrived at a Nielson ski holiday with a crèche. The team met me this evening and seem great. The ratio is one staff member to two babies so better than the nursery we have signed her up for at home. I’m feeling pretty happy about leaving het tomorrow.
You’d be better off asking about specific countries rather than the whole of Europe. You’ll have a very different holiday in Poland than you will in Portugal! Having worked in TUI I would be comfortable using their nurseries (tho would check reviews for specific ones too) knowing how much training and checks they have. If it’s a smaller hotel I’m not sure I would, not knowing what training/background checks they have
I couldn't do it, like you wouldn't do it at home without vetting the nursery or the babysitter. I also believe you go on holiday to spend quality time as a family.
My friend used to work in the kids club with TUI holidays. She's a qualified nursery nurse in the UK and loved working there in her early 20s. Big name brands like TUI I would trust, the average hotel maybe not
