6 month old projectile vomiting

Morning mummas! Wondering if anyone has been in this same boat. My 6 month old just recently started doing 1-2 projectile vomits a day and very watery stools for a week straight now. We went to doctor on Friday and he just blamed a daycare bug but this doesn’t sit right with me because I wouldn’t think a bug would be only 1-2 vomit daily and going for this long. The vomits are shooting out of her with force too. Has anyone had this??
