i first tried to get a nursery place for my little boy in 2024…. there were no spaces until 2025. i didn’t get that either and finally he’s booked in for 2026! it’s been absolutely manic…. i’ve booked a place for my baby that isn’t even born yet so it doesn’t happen again. i think since the funding came into place lots of places got snapped up. you can checkout childcare.co.uk for a list of local childminders and it has their profiles and availability
